ITS FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2022

Somma Vesuviana (Naples) 28 January 2022 - Svas Biosana S.p.A., (the "Company" or "SVAS"), a leading player in the production and distribution of medical devices for public and private healthcare facilities, and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. which focuses on small and medium-sized companies with high growth potential, publishes its financial calendar for 2022 in accordance with the disclosure requirements set out in article 17 of Euronext Growth Milan's Issuer Regulation. The calendar was approved by the Board of directors.

16 May 2022	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the financial
	statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2021
26 September 2022	Meeting of the Board of directors to approve the interim
	financial report as at and for the six months ending 30 June
	2022, subject to review by the independent auditors
