Sunonwealth Electric Machine Industry Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 3,483.13 million compared to TWD 3,326.56 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 300.3 million compared to TWD 74.32 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.2 compared to TWD 0.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.19 compared to TWD 0.3 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 6,606.38 million compared to TWD 6,356.84 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 453.4 million compared to TWD 167.04 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.81 compared to TWD 0.67 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.8 compared to TWD 0.67 a year ago.
Sunonwealth Electric Machine Industry Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of direct current (DC) brushless fans, thermal modules and blowers, as well as alternative current (AC) brushless fans and related products. The Company also provides heat pipe thermal modules, millimeter fans and fan tray products. Its products are applied in computers, computer peripheral products, consumer electronic products, network communication products, automobile electronics, as well as industrial and commercial equipment. The Company distributes its products mainly in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
