Reference is made to the announcement of SUNDART HOLDINGS LIMITED 承達集團有 限公司 (the "Company") dated 8 June 2017 (the "Announcement"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date on or before 30 June 2017. The EGM, which was initially scheduled to be held at 11:00

a.m. on 28 June 2017, will also be postponed.

The Company will issue the notice of the EGM and the corresponding form of proxy (collectively, the "EGM Documents") in due course and will make further announcement in this regard in accordance with the Listing Rules as and when appropriate. The EGM Documents will be despatched to the Shareholders as soon as practicable when the date and time for holding the EGM are fixed.
