Randell Pence Named Representative of the Year

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE-RGR) is proud to announce that Ruger sales representative Randell Pence has been named Manufacturer's Representative of the Year by SHOT Business Magazine. This award recognizes Pence as a successful sales representative and acknowledges his longstanding dedication to the firearms industry. The award was presented at the Bonnier Outdoor Group breakfast meeting held on the opening day of the 2014 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"Randell possesses an incredible amount of industry and product knowledge that is invaluable to our organization and customers," said Chris Killoy, President of Ruger. "We congratulate Randell on this hard earned honor and are thankful to have him as a member of the Ruger team," Killoy concluded.

Randell Pence started with Ruger in 1998, serving as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing until 2011, when he was appointed Senior Sales Executive serving Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas. His work experience includes 22 years in manufacturer sales, with 16 of those years dedicated to Ruger. His background working at both the distributor and retail level contributes to his knowledge of the firearms industry. He lives near Nashville, Tennessee and is a long-time hunter.
