SSCHARGER Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 6,633 common shares at an issue price of KRW 750,000 per share for the gross proceeds of KRW 4,974,750,000 on December 18, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor STraffic Co,. Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
The transaction is expected to close on December 20, 2023.
STraffic Co,. Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution, installation, maintenance and upgrade of related systems. The Company operates its business through two segments. Road Segment is mainly engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution and installation of the toll collection system and intelligent transportation system. The railway segment is engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution and installation of railway signaling and railway communication systems. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
