Leggenda Srl acquired 11 shops from Stefanel S.p.A. (BIT:STEF) for €11 million on December 28, 2012. Of the total purchase price, €3.2 million was already received by Stefanel S.p.A., €1.8 million will be received within June 30, 2013 and the remaining €6 million will be received within December 31, 2013. The proceeds of the disposal will be used by Stefanel S.p.A. for ordinary businesses.
