Square Technology Group Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603339) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The repurchase price will not more than CNY 15 per Share. The repurchases will be funded using company's own funds. The repurchased shares will be used for the implementation of equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The repurchase period will be not more than 12 months.
On June 12, 2024, the company amended its share repurchase program. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 14.74 per share.
Square Technology Group Co., Ltd., formerly Nantong Square Cold Chain Equipment Co., Ltd., is principally engaged in the research and development, production and sale of cold chain equipment and special containers. The Company's major product is based on quick freezing equipment, including refrigeration equipment and tank containers.
