Square Technology Group Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2020. For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 555.074 million compared to CNY 625.566 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 67.249 million compared to CNY 74.605 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 58.821 million compared to CNY 65.442 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.28 compared to CNY 0.31 a year ago.
Square Technology Group Co., Ltd., formerly Nantong Square Cold Chain Equipment Co., Ltd., is principally engaged in the research and development, production and sale of cold chain equipment and special containers. The Company's major product is based on quick freezing equipment, including refrigeration equipment and tank containers. The Company's products are widely used in aquatic products, meat and poultry, fruits and vegetables, rice products, ice cream, baked goods and prepared foods, and other agricultural and sideline products. Its products are also used in fields, such as the cooling and processing of food, the logistics industry of frozen stuff, chemical industry, energy, and food and beverage, among others.
