SPYR, Inc. (OTCPK:SPYR) acquired Applied MagiX Inc. from Harald Zink and Richard Kelly Clark on October 20, 2020. As consideration for the purchase, SYPR commits to provide $0.6 million in funding to Magix, which amount shall be used to execute Applied MagiX’s business plan and allocated over the first three months after closing. Applied MagiX will become its wholly owned subsidiary. MagiX and its leadership, Chief Executive Officer, Harald Zink, Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Clark and its team of industry professionals will be working alongside the SPYR team.
