The management of Sphera Franchise Group SA ("the Group") informs all the shareholders that the Group's preliminary condensed consolidated financial statements for 2021, prepared in accordance with the International Reporting Standards, will be available on the company's website, www.spheragroup.com, in the Investor Relations section and on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, www.bvb.ro, symbol: SFG, starting February 24th, 2022, 08:00AM local time (EET). The financial statements are unaudited.

The conference call for presenting the financial results as of December 31st, 2021, will take place on February 24th, 2022, at 14:00 local time (EET) / 13:00 CET / 12:00 UK.
