This is to inform you that 192" meeting of the Board of Directors of Soncri Bank Limited (the "13ank") will be held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at 1300 hours via zoom inter-alia, the fi rst quarterly accounts of the Bank for the period ended 31 March 2022 will be reviewed and approved.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 19 April 2022 to 26 April 2022 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. Accordingly, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
