(Alliance News) - SolidWorld Group Spa announced Thursday that Dubai-based subsidiary SolidWorld Middle East DMCC has secured a EUR800,000 order to supply two 3D design and printing systems in industrial and textile environments for a major UAE government agency in October.

The two 3D printers supplied, which will be installed in the emirate of Abu Dhabi at a major state agency, will enable 3D scanned objects and designs to be printed on both plastics and textiles, enabling the customization of highly aesthetic artifacts.

This order adds to previous supplies awarded in May within the biomedical sector, also in the same geographic area, confirming the importance of the investment made early in 2023 by SolidWorld through the opening of a new office in Dubai, UAE, through the newly established company SolidWorld Middle East DMCC.

SolidWorld Group gives up 1.4 percent to EUR2.88 per share.
