On Friday, Sodexo reported organic sales growth of 8.2% in the first quarter of its 2023-2024 fiscal year, driven by price increases and new contracts.

Over this period, sales totaled 6.287 billion euros, up 3.1% on a reported basis.

This figure does not include the contribution of the Pluxee employee benefits division, which is due to go public on February 1.

"The Pluxee spin-off project is progressing well", commented Group CEO Sophie Bellon in a press release.

Sodexo, which is holding an investor day on January 10, confirmed its financial targets for the full year, namely organic sales growth of between 6% and 8% and an operating margin up by 30 to 40 basis points at constant exchange rates.
