SOCIETÀ CATTOLICA DI ASSICURAZIONE S.P.A. Verona, 14 February 2022. Cattolica Assicurazioni S.p.A., a subsidiary of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., hereby announces that Luigi Migliavacca, nonexecutive and independent director, has resigned, due to personal reasons which do not allow him to dedicate the necessary time to the role, from his position as Director of Cattolica and, at the same time, as Deputy Chairman of the Company and member of the Control and Risk Committee and the Related Parties Committee.
Migliavacca joined Cattolica's Board of Directors on May 14, 2021. It should be noted that, as of the date of her resignation, Luigi Migliavacca did not hold any shares in Cattolica.
The Board of Directors of the Company thanks Luigi Migliavacca for the work carried out in these months and wishes him the best professional luck.
Having acknowledged the resignation, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint, in replacement of the resigning director, the directors Laura Ciambellotti and Andrea Rossi, non-executive and independent, as members of the Control and Risk Committee and the Related Parties Committee respectively.
