S&T Dynamics Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A003570) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on July 4, 2018. As of January 4, 2018, the company had 4,079,738 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
SNT Dynamics Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of transportation equipment. The company operates its business through two segments. The Transportation Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of defense products such as defense transitions, guns and ammunition, as well as automobile parts such as transitions and axles. The Machinery segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine tools such as computer numerical control machine tools, machining centers, grinding machines, milling machines and general-purpose lathes.
