Slavneft Yaroslavnefteorgsintez : YANOS was recognized as the winner of the regional stage of the competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency"

On December 25, in Yaroslavl, the results of the regional stage of the competition 'Russian organization of high social efficiency' were summed up. The long-term work of PJSC «Slavneft-YANOS» aimed at ensuring a decent standard of living and social support for the company's employees was highly appreciated by the experts of the competition and the regional government.

The award of PJSC 'Slavneft-YANOS' was presented in the nomination 'For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector'. This became possible thanks to the Collective Agreement in force at the enterprise. The document reflects the priority areas of the social policy of PJSC 'Slavneft-YANOS', providing a wide range of social benefits and guarantees for employees. The company also supports young specialists and veterans of the refinery. Currently, YANOS employs over 3200 people.

Providing social protection for the refinery's employees, the administration of the enterprise at the same time actively contributes to the development of the region. According to the current Agreement on Cooperation with the Government of the Yaroslavl Region, PJSC 'Slavneft-YANOS' annually supports educational and health care institutions in Yaroslavl and promotes the development of mass sports.

The refinery has repeatedly become the winner of the municipal and regional stages of the competition and the prize-winner at the federal level. This year, 123 institutions and companies took part in the regional stage of the competition, 15 of them were recognized as winners in various nominations.
