NexturnBioscience Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A089140) acquired 8.83% stake in EV Advanced Material Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A131400) from SL Vionics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214310) for approximately KRW 13 billion on July 21, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, NexturnBioscience acquire 2.05 million shares for unit price per share for transfer at KRW 6,337 from SL vionics and will become largest shareholder of EV advanced. Prior to transaction, SL Vionics owns 9.47% stake in EV whereas after completion it will hold 7.32% stake.
