Siren Gold Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Victor Rajasooriar as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment of Mr. Victor Rajasooriar is part of an ongoing strengthening of the Siren Board of Directors as the Company embarks on its next phase of growth. The appointment adds significant mining, governance, and corporate capability to the Siren Board.

Mr. Rajasooriar will be an integral member of the Siren Board as company progress the Company towards its next stage of development. He is currently the Managing Director of Panoramic Resources Ltd., and brings a wealth of diverse mining and leadership experience to Siren. Mr. Rajasooriar is a highly experienced Australian mining executive and Board Director who has more than 25 years of operational and technical experience across both underground and open pit mining operations.

Mr. Rajasooriar's distinguished career has seen him hold senior roles with major resource companies, including Managing Director and CEO of Echo Resources Limited until the completion of a takeover by Northern Star Resources Limited. Prior to joining Echo, Victor held the role of Chief Operating Officer for leading underground mining contractor Barminco and has held senior technical roles with Gold Fields and Newmont Mining. At Newmont this included operational responsibility for the Waihi Gold Operation in the North Island of New Zealand between 2006 - 2008.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the WA School of Mines and is a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Date of appointment is 18 September 2023.
