Sintokogio,Ltd. (TSE:6339) agreed to acquire 75% stake in 3DCeram SAS from Orion Industrie and other individual shareholders for €10 million on October 5, 2017. As reported, Sintokogio will acquire 3,198 shares out of 4,308 shares from two 3DCeram shareholders (Orion Industrie and an individual), and all 134 shares from one individual. 3DCeram SAS reported net assets of €0.69 million, total assets of €2.72 million, sales of €2.34 million, operating income of €0.002 million and net income of €0.17 million for the year ended December 2016. The transaction has been resolved at the meeting of Board of Directors of Sintokogio,Ltd.
