Simmtech Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036710) made an offer to acquire an additional 29.02% stake in SimmTech Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222800) for KRW 75.5 billion in stock on October 14, 2015. Simmtech Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 6.37 million shares of SimmTech Co. Ltd. and will issue its common shares as consideration. The tender offer period is from October 16, 2015 to November 5, 2015. KDB Daewoo Securities Co., Ltd. handled the transaction.
