Lihexing Intelligent Equipment (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd. that it will receive CNY 100,000,000 in an equity round of funding on October 25, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Shenzhen Lihexing Co., Ltd. to retain 100% stake in the company. On closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 100,000,000 to CNY 200,000,000. The transaction has been approved at the investor's 16th session of the 3rd directorate and at the 9th session of the investor's 3rd supervisory board
Shenzhen Lihexing Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of automation and intelligent equipment. The Company's main products include testing equipment and process equipment. Its testing equipment includes radio frequency testing equipment, antenna testing equipment, complete machine function testing equipment, waterproof and air tightness testing equipment, camera testing equipment and circuit board insertion loss testing equipment, among others. Its process equipment includes organic light-emitting diode (OLED) flexible screen laminating equipment, soft-pack battery testing equipment, product transfer platform, stud welding equipment and automatic plastic packaging equipment.
