Shenzhen Yingyuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 20 million on August 28, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300713) to retain its 100% stake in the company. Post the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 30 million to CNY 50 million.
Shenzhen Increase Technology Co Ltd is a company engaged in research and development, production and sales of intelligent high-frequency switching power supplies and related power electronic products. The Company's main products are electric vehicle charging power supplies, including electric vehicle charging power modules, electric vehicle charging monitoring modules and electric vehicle charging power systems. The Companyâs other products are comprised of power operation power supplies, such as power operation power monitoring modules and power operation power systems; rail transit auxiliary converter systems, such as low-power converter products; and other power supplies, such as communication power supplies and inverter power supplies.
