Guangdong Baihong Zhiyuan Industrial Co., Ltd signed a Share Transfer Framework Agreement to acquire Huizhou Changfang Lighting Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300301) for CNY 25 million on February 7, 2021.
Guangdong Baihong Zhiyuan Industrial Co., Ltd cancelled the acquisition of Huizhou Changfang Lighting Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300301) on May 22, 2021. Guangdong Baihong Zhiyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. has paid a deposit of CNY 25,000,000.00, and the parties agreed that the Company will return it with interest, total of CNY 25,580,822.00.
