Dong Wei signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 3.1% stake in Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300301) from Deng Zichang for CNY 81.6 million on December 23, 2020. As per the terms of the transaction, Dong Wei will acquire 24.5 million unrestricted shares of Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. at CNY 3.3 per share.
Dong Wei cancelled the acquisition of 3.1% stake in Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300301) from Deng Zichang recently. Due to the impact of the epidemic, Deng Zichang failed to complete the relevant share transfer procedures in a timely manner within the validity period.
