Shanghai Hi-Tech Control System Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 2,058.412 million compared to CNY 1,690.512 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 97.856 million compared to operating loss of CNY 146.996 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 52.440 million compared to net loss of CNY 159.556 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.2191 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.667 a year ago.

The Company operates in three segments, including Intelligent Manufacturing segment, New Energy segment and Industrial Electrical Product Distribution segment. Intelligent Manufacturing segment mainly provides industrial automation and communication integration services and industrial automation and communication products. New Energy segment includes high-power electronic product business and new energy power station Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) business. Industrial Electrical Product Distribution segment is mainly involved in the distribution of industrial electrical and automation products. The Company operates its business mainly in domestic market.
