Snake Eyes Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive KRW 999 million in funding from Bio Nicsgene Co.,Ltd.

Snake Eyes Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 1,998,000 common shares at a price of KRW 500 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 999,000,000 on January 2, 2019. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Bio Nicsgene Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222810). Post closing of the transaction and acquisition, the investor will hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction is expected to close of January 3, 2019. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
