NS World Co., Ltd announced that it will issue 50,000 common shares at a price of KRW 60,000 for gross proceeds of KRW 3,000,000,000 on September 19, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Setopia Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed in three tranches. The company will raise KRW 1,200,000,000 in first tranche on November 30, 2023 from first paid-in capital, KRW 1,200,000,000 in second tranche on January 31, 2024 from second paid-in capital and KRW 600,000,000 in third tranche on April 1, 2024 from third paid-in capital.
On November 30, 2023, the company announced that it will raise the transaction in two tranches. The company will issue 40,000 common shares for the proceeds of KRW 2,400,000,000 on January 31, 2024 and 10,000 common shares for the proceeds of KRW 600,000,000 on April 1, 2024.
