We have started to deliver FM services for the New Balance brand on the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The scope includes preventive inspections and reactive services.

New Balance is an American company that was founded in 1906. Currently, it is one of the world's largest companies producing footwear, clothing and sports accessories. Initially, it produced insoles for shoes. After 30 years, it created the first professional running shoes. New Balance is constantly expanding its range of products with new footwear as well as sports and lifestyle clothing and accessories. The company entered the Polish market in 2000. New Balance pays great attention to the standards of customer service, design and technical service of its shops.

- We started cooperation with New Balance 1.5 years ago. We delivered FM services to New Balance's facilities in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium and Austria. This year, we expanded our cooperation with shops in Spain and Portugal. As part of managing the maintenance of facilities belonging to New Balance, we deal with the maintenance of HVAC and electrical installations, as well as doors and automatic shutters. Our tasks also include maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and general construction services - says Dorota Jasińska, Business Development Manager at Sescom SA

Companies both in Poland and abroad understand that they must develop FM to match technological progress. Technology is used to deliver value that meets customer needs.

- The interest in our Facility Management services outside Poland is steadily growing. We are pleased that yet another global company has expanded the scope of its cooperation with us. We are very well prepared for the challenges our customers face in the FM area. When starting cooperation, we always focus on their individual needs. We design customised solutions to ensure not only the smooth operation of facilities, but also an increase in energy efficiency and optimization of operational and auxiliary processes - emphasizes Sławomir Halbryt, CEO of Sescom SA.

Proper technical maintenance of facilities ensures comfort for people in the shops, and also reduces electricity consumption and CO2 emissions.
