SERVIZI ITALIA: Purchase of treasury shares

In implementing the program for the purchase of own shares authorized by the Assembly on 20 April 2016 and approved by the Board of Directors on the same date, Servizi Italia reports that in the period between 23-27 January 2017, it purchased on the market regulated and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange n. 2,800 Servizi Italia ordinary shares, equal to 0.0088% of the share capital, at an average price of Euro 3.7485 per share, for a total amount of Euro 10,495.78.
