Serverworks Co.,Ltd. announced non-consolidated earnings results for the quarter ended May 31, 2021. For the year, the company reported net sales of JPY 2,509 million against JPY 1,922 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 171 million against JPY 69 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 110 million against JPY 55 million a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 14.43 against JPY 8.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 13.89 against JPY 7.66 a year ago.
Serverworks Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the infrastructure building, reselling, maintain and operation of Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The Companyâs cloud integration service provides cloud-based design and construction services mainly for enterprise mission-critical systems that are operated in on-premises environments when migrating to the cloud environment. Resell service is involved in the reselling business as a reseller of AWS in Japan. It offers AWS operation automation service Cloud Automator and sells software licenses. The Managed Service Provider (MSP) service provides services for customers to monitor, operate and maintain virtual servers and networks deployed on AWS. The Company also builds and operates systems for services of specific customer companies operating on AWS.
