Communication in response to Supervisory Authority request

Negotiations ongoing for acquisition of majority stake in Industria Italiana Autobus

San Potito Sannitico, April 28, 2024

The Company, at the request of Consob and Borsa Italiana S.p.A., confirms the existence of ongoing negotiations with Leonardo S.p.A. and Invitalia S.p.A. for the signing of an investment agreement aimed at acquiring a majority stake in the company Industria Italiana Autobus S.p.A.. The issuer will provide updates on the outcome of the ongoing discussions.

Seri Industrial S.p.A. is a company listed on the EXM market of the Italian Stock Exchange. Seri Industrial's mission is to accelerate the energy transition towards sustainability and decarbonisation.
