The principal activity of the Company is to develop a small enterprise project management and quality control software suitable for multiple industries, including the housing construction sector. The Company offers two products, namely Project De-Risk and Qanotix. Project De-Risk is a job costing and project tracking integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Project De-Risk helps to improve accuracy, standardization, and automation through virtual assistant process, estimating, customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, construction and accounting managers. QANOTIX is designed to provide users with a set of modules and tools allowing for multilevel information distribution and implementation of a quality assurance system. The system is designed to capture, store, update and distribute information through the integration of coordinated databases in real time.
