Semiteq Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the semiconductor post-processing business. The Company provides packaging and testing services mainly for memory semiconductors and non-memory semiconductors. Its products include fine-pitch ball grid arrays (FBGAs), system in packages (SIPs), complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensors (CISs), quad flat non-leaded packages (QFNs), quad flat packages (QFPs) and thin small outline packages (TSOPs). The Company also provides thermal interpretation services, electrical simulation analysis services and structural analysis services. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. Its main clients are SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics, MagnaChip Semiconductor, TLI and others. On February 17, 2014, it merged with AT semicon Co., Ltd. After that, AT semicon Co., Ltd survived and the Company was dissolved.
