MICROmega Holdings Limited announced the immediate resignation of Russell Dick as an executive member of its board of directors. Following the finalization of the NOSA disposal, the group will be focusing increasingly on its water technology business, which the company anticipates being its fastest growing asset in the coming years. The operations of the NOSA group of companies previously reported to Russell, and now that he has more time available, he has accepted the full time role as the Chief Executive Officer of MICROmega H2O Proprietary Limited. Russell will henceforth have direct operational control over its water-related businesses as the company continues to expand in this sector. In accordance with the Group's policy to not have operational executives on the Board, Russell has relinquished this position.
