(Alliance News) - Sciuker Frames Spa reported Friday that it closed the first half with a value of production of EUR65 million, down from EUR83.4 million in the first half of 2022.

On a pro-forma basis-including the consolidation of unaudited economic and financial balances as of June 30 of Diquigiovanni Srl and D&V Srl-the value of production shows a figure of EUR99.1 million.

Ebitda rises to EUR17.9 million-or EUR24.4 million pro forma from EUR19.9 million as of June 30, 2022 while operating income falls to EUR15.3 million-but rises to EUR20.8 million on a pro forma basis-from EUR17.8 million a year earlier.

Net income, on the other hand, falls to EUR9.8 million from EUR10.4 million a year earlier.

Consolidated net debt was EUR10.6 million compared to the cash positive figure of EUR1.4 million as of December 31, 2022.

The outlook for 2023 shows a figure of EUR200 million for pro forma value of production and EUR45 million for pro forma Ebitda.

Sciuker Frames' stock closed Friday up 3.3 percent at EUR4.96 per share.
