Substantial shareholding disclosure in Sbanken ASA

DNB Bank ASA ("DNB") has on 17 March 2022 acquired 110,515 shares in Sbanken ASA
("Sbanken") at a price of NOK 104.40 per share. Following the acquisition, DNB
holds 10,686,934 shares, corresponding to approximately 10.00% of the shares and
votes in Sbanken. In addition, DNB has as previously announced received
acceptances under the voluntary tender offer to acquire all shares in Sbanken
for 86,852,979 shares, representing approximately 81.27% of the shares and votes
in Sbanken. Following settlement of the voluntary tender offer DNB will hold
97,539,913 shares in Sbanken, representing approximately 91.27 % of the shares
and votes in Sbanken.
