The Arete Invest Fund has appointed international real estate advisor Savills as its leasing consultant on the Lovosice Business Park, in northern Czech Republic.

Lovosice Business Park comprises more than 20,000 sqm industrial space with 7,000 sqm available to lease from April 2018. A further 12,000 sqm is expected to be added in the near future. Current tenants include Fiege, who services to Zalando (on-line retail) and Fukoku (automotive parts). Nearby, Czech Post has a large terminal. The property is strategically located close to the Czech - German border on the D8 motorway, which is the main road route between Prague and Dresden. Lovosice also has good rail and river transport connections.

Tomáš Novotný, Arete's Investment Committee, comments: 'Our current situation reflects the increased demand for production and storage areas.
