On behalf of the Property Recycling Group plc, international real estate advisor Savills has let five units at Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate in Colsterworth to Sarval Ltd.

The pet food manufacturer has agreed to a new five-year lease for 5 industrial units, comprising warehouse space totalling 60,750 sq ft (5,643 sq m). Sarval will use the space to distribute products from their manufacturing facility in Nottingham.

Ashley Burdock of Sarval comments 'The units are ideally located for the A1 and will be used as a distribution and export hub for our business.'

William Rose, director of business space at Savills Peterborough, comments: 'Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate offers high quality warehouse accommodation in a strong location less than half a mile from the A1. We are very pleased to have let this space on behalf of our client to Sarval.'

A total of 24,300 sq ft (2,257 sq m) remains available at a starting quoting rent of £3.25 per sq ft (£35 per sq m).
