KRD Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire additional 10.7% stake in Sanso Electric Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:6518) on February 13, 2012. KRD will acquire 0.96 million Sanso Electric shares. The scheduled date of change is February 14, 2012. The transaction is expected to have no effect on Sanso Electric's management system and performance.
