On January 18, 2013, SandRidge Energy, Inc issued a press release announcing that it has launched a website for information pertaining to the Company's response to the TPG-Axon Capital Management LP's consent solicitation at www.SupportSandRidge.com. In addition, the Company announced that it has sent a letter to the shareholders of the Company urging to sign on the Company's consent revocation card and not to sign on any consent card sent by TPG-Axon Capital Management, L.P. Further, the Company stated that it has filed definitive consent revocation materials with SEC in connection with the TPG-Axon consent solicitation.
SandRidge Energy, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the development, acquisition and production of oil and gas assets.
