The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates in two business segments: cement segment, which manufactures Portland cements, clinker cements and slag cements, as well as limestone, and energy segment, which engages in the exploration, development, production and sales of crude oil, as well as thermal power generation business. The Company distributes its crude oil through Refinor S. A. and Panapetroleo S.A, which are oil refining companies in Argentina.
