Sampo Oyj is one of the leading non-life insurance groups in Finland and the Nordic region. The group also operates in the United Kingdom and the Baltic States. Revenues break down by activity as follows:

- motor insurance (47.8%);

- property insurance (29.6%);

- accident insurance (12.3%);

- civil liability insurance (4.9%);

- workers' compensation insurance (3.3%);

- marine, aviation and transport insurance (1.4%);

- other (0.7%).

Revenues are distributed geographically as follows: Finland (13.3%), the United Kingdom (23.3%), Denmark (22.2%), Sweden (20.4%), Norway (18.3%) and the Baltic States (2.5%).
