An unknown buyer agreed to acquire a 13.05% stake in Samkee EV Corp. from Samkee Automotive Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A122350) for KRW19.6 billion on December 22, 2022. Under the terms, Samkee Automotive Co., Ltd. will sell 1,420,815 shares and post completion, will have 7,630,958 shares representing a 53.71% stake in Samkee EV Corp.
As of December 22, 2022, the board of directors passed a resolution for the transaction and the transaction is expected to complete on January 30, 2023.
