Louis Capital Joint Stock Company (HOSE:TGG) agreed to acquire 22.8% stake in Sametel Corporation (HNX:SMT) on August 23, 2021. Post completion, Louis Capital Joint Stock Company will become parent company of Sametel Corporation. The transaction was approved by the Board of Louis Capital.
