(Alliance News) - Salvatore Ferragamo Spa announced on Friday that Alessandro Corsi, the company's CFO and manager in charge of drafting corporate accounting documents, has resigned and will terminate his employment with the company on Sept. 30 to take on a new professional challenge.

Based on information made available to the company, Corsi is not a holder of any ordinary shares in Salvatore Ferragamo.

On Friday, Ferragamo closed in the green by 2.5 percent at EUR15.08 per share.
