Sakai Heavy Industries, Ltd. provided dividend guidance for the second quarter-end and full year of fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. For the second quarter-end, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 85.00 per share against JPY 90.00 per share paid a year ago.
For the full year, the company expects to pay year-end dividend of JPY 130.00 per share against JPY 195.00 per share a year ago.
SAKAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of road paving equipment, as well as road maintenance and repair equipment. The Company is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture, sale and repair of construction equipment, industrial machinery and related parts, the purchase and sale of used construction equipment, as well as the design, construction, supervision and contracting of road pavement and repair work.
