Paris, January, 8, 2018

Hélène Moreau-Leroy has been named Director of the Zodiac integration project, tasked with preparing the integration of Zodiac Aerospace, which will be implemented following Safran's public offering. She reports to Jean-Jacques Orsini, Safran Executive Vice President, Performance and Competitiveness.

Hélène Moreau-Leroy started her career in 1987, holding various management positions in a design department and as international procurement and production manager with major companies such as Thomson and Alstom. In 2003, she joined the Safran Purchasing department as coordinator for forged parts and raw materials. She then moved to Messier-Dowty in 2005 as head of international development of the Supply Chain. She was subsequently named Director of the Airbus Business Unit and European Programs in 2008, then Vice President for Programs at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty in 2011. From 2013 until this latest appointment, she was Chief Executive Officer of Safran Transmission Systems.

Hélène Moreau-Leroy, 53, graduated from INSA Lyon (1987) and holds an international MBA from the University of New England (Australia, 1994). She has also earned accreditation as a 'Certified Supply Chain Professional' from APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society).

Franck Saudo has been named CEO of Safran Transmission Systems. He takes over for Hélène Moreau-Leroy, named Director of the Zodiac integration project.

Franck Saudo started his career in 2003 at the Treasury Department of the French Ministry of Finance, first acting as head of financial markets, then placed in charge of issues concerning international debt and the Club de Paris. In 2007, he was named financial sector advisor to the cabinet of the French Minister of the Economy, Industry and Employment.

He joined Safran in 2011 as deputy to the Group's Executive Vice President for Strategy and Development. In July 2013, he was named Vice President, Support & Services at Turbomeca.

Franck Saudo, 41, holds degrees from the Ecole Polytechnique (2000), the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (2003) and the London School of Economics (2003).
