S&T Bancorp Inc. announced the promotion of several longtime employees to the following senior management roles: Ernie Draganza has been promoted to the position of senior executive vice president and chief risk officer. In this new position, Draganza will lead the bank's corporate governance efforts and enterprise risk management program. He will also oversee the bank's independent audit, compliance and loan review functions. Steve Drahnak has been appointed executive vice president and commercial loan officer. Drahnak will now be responsible for managing the production and operations of the commercial lending group. Rich Fiscus has been named executive vice president and retail banking division manager. In his new position, Fiscus will lead all of S&T Bank's retail branch offices and is responsible for all branch sales and services. Becky Stapleton, SPHR, has been named executive vice president, director of human resources and employee communications. Stapleton's responsibilities include human resources strategy and policy development; employee communications and relations, staffing and succession planning; compensation and benefits design; and oversight of recruitment, training and development and performance management operations. Rob Werner has been promoted to executive vice president of bank operations and technology. Werner is now responsible for the bank's operations department, which includes deposit operations, loan operations data processing, cash management operations and merchant support. He will also oversee operations in the bank's technology department, including, IT support, network administration and information security. Greg Boyer has been named senior vice president and commercial loan officer. In this new role, Boyer will be responsible for managing the business development and client retention efforts of the commercial and industrial lending division. Sandy Loperfito has been appointed to senior vice president and treasurer. In this role, she will be responsible for asset and liability management, funding and liquidity management, and capital management. M. Todd Miller has been appointed senior vice president, regional banking manager and market leader. In this role, Miller will be responsible for developing and managing market strategies, campaigns and promotions to grow the bank's northern market.
