S&K Polytec Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A091340) agreed to acquire 19,800 square meters Land in Ansan City from Korea Industrial Complex Corp. for KRW 11.8 billion on October 30, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 31, 2013.
