S & F Capital Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in construction, property development and investment holding. It operates through two segments: Property and Construction, and Others. Property and construction segment is engaged in property development, construction of commercial, residential, mixed development, building infrastructure and other related contract works. Others segment is engaged in investment holding and provision of management and corporate services. It has a portfolio of more than 100 subdivided commercial and residential lots in the established, connected, and scenic townships of Bercham and Ampang. The construction activities of the Company are undertaken by its subsidiary, Maju Weko Timber Industries Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in the construction of Civil infrastructure and Building Works, and Geotechnical and Soils Investigation Works. In addition, it developed Taman Tasek Indra, which offers more than 100 units of double-store residences.
